The mian feactures:
1. Extend service life :
Adopted high abrasive-resisting materials:silicon carbide ceramics,like hard alloy, 9Cr18Mo alloy steel, SUS 304 stainless steel, to guarantee strengthen working life of bead mill machine. Meanwhile we suggest the suitable grinding balls to match with the inner chamber materials.
2. Decrease the temperature:
Applied self-owned double spiral cooling technology to enhance the space of heat rejection, with superior material with good thermal conductivity and lower the temperature before coollant come in pipe.
3. Strenghten the fineness:
Choosen smaller grinding medium to 0.3mm and finer material to chamber, discharged from more difficult seperation devices,
4. Enhance the efficiency:
According to effectively control more factors, such as grinding bead materials. size. material viscosity, chamber vulume, motor power, cooling,etc,which can effect efficiency to strengthen efficiency.
5. Lessen the personnels:
As our horizontal bead mills designed more humanized to operate the machine, one worker can easily operate 3-4 machines, to decrease the cost of humen.
